Hansina Jens Goldsmith was founded in 1996 by Hansína Jens, she previously worked at her fathers company Jens, a renowned jeweller. Her father, Jens in 1997 left his company to join his daughter and worked by her side until his retirement. Hansína Jens focuses on hand made pieces of jewellry, combining her 48 years experience in the industry and her education as a sculpturer from ACAD, Calgary. Every piece of jewellry is made unique, hand crafted out of silver, gold, bronze and copper. The work is inspired by the power the country contains, working with the elements ice and fire. Using the forms from the dramatic landscape and natural stones in her work.
